Delivery and Click & Collect
Dispatch Times
We aim to dispatch in-stock items within 1–3 business days.
Orders placed before 12 p.m. may be dispatched the same day.
The usual delivery time is 2-7 working days, depending on your location.
Larger or specialist items, i.e. electric beds that require installation, may take 5–14 working days.
Delivery Areas
We deliver to residential, business, and most rural addresses across New Zealand.
Please note: We do not deliver to P.O. boxes or international addresses.
Rural Deliveries (including Waiheke Island)
Additional charges may apply for rural delivery.
We will contact you to confirm any extra costs before dispatching your order if applicable.
Shipping Methods & Tracking
Orders are shipped via trusted couriers or freight services.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information by email.
Free Click & Collect - Auckland
Click & Collect is available at our Auckland premises.
Please wait until you are notified that your order is ready for collection.
Contact us in advance to confirm the parcel is ready.
Collection Time: 9 a.m. – 4.30 p.m. Monday to Friday

Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please get in touch with us immediately.
- If the order has not yet been dispatched, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.
- The standard return process below will apply if the order has already shipped.
Returns & Refunds Policy
Our return and exchange period is 14 calendar days from the date of delivery/collection. Please get in touch with us at info@reha-care-pro.co.nz before returning any items.

Eligibility for Returns
You may return a product if:
- It is within the 14 calendar days delivery/collection period
- It is unused and in as-new condition
- It is in original packaging
- You can provide proof of purchase (receipt/order number)
- If you’re unsure, please contact us
Return & Exchange Process
1. Email info@reha-care-pro.co.nz with your order number, a brief explanation of the issue, and photos (if applicable). Let us know if you request a refund or wish to exchange the item.
2. Once approved, return the item to the address provided. (Return shipping is your responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.)
3. We recommend using a courier service to return parcels. Alternatively, you may arrange to drop off the return and collect any exchange from our Auckland location.
4. Upon confirmation of the returned item's as-new condition, we will either refund your payment or arrange an exchange by charging any price difference and delivery cost for the replacement, if applicable.
5. Refunds are issued to your original payment method and are typically processed within 3–7 business days from the date we receive the returned item.
6. Original shipping/freight cost is non-refundable.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty: - Please email info@reha-care-pro.co.nz with clear photos of the item and packaging
- We will investigate and either issue a replacement or a full refund
- We will cover all return and replacement shipping costs for faulty or damaged items
Change of Mind or Incorrect Product Ordered
If you change your mind or ordered the wrong item, you may request an exchange or refund:
- Eligibility for Returns applies
- You are responsible for the return shipping cost, the shipping cost of any replacement item, and the difference in product cost.
- You may also return and collect items in person from our Auckland premises — please get in touch with us in advance to book a suitable date and time
- The original shipping/freight cost is non-refundable
Return Exceptions
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns of:
- Used products
- Correctly manufactured custom-made or special-order items
- Products with open packaging, or used bathroom and fabric products (e.g. toilet aids, cushions, etc.)
- Any items assessed by our team and deemed non-returnable
Late or Missing Refunds
Refunds are made using your original payment method and account.
If you have not received your refund within 10 business days of confirmation:
- First, check with your bank or payment provider
- If the issue remains unresolved, contact us at info@reha-care-pro.co.nz, and we’ll assist promptly
